With the current Canada Post service disruption, Lakeland Power is urging customers to switch to paperless billing and consider alternative payment options to mail-in payments. We would like to remind customers it is their responsibility to have payment made by the due date to avoid late fees and service disruptions.

Switching to paperless bills
- Have a bill in hand for your account and meter number.
- Visit our website and click My Account, then select Account Access/Register Now.
- Fill out the form, leave Receive Printed Bills ‘unticked’, and click Register. You will now receive an email notification when your bill has been processed which will include your due date and amount owing so you can make your payment.
- You will also receive an email to verify the registration. Simply click the link provided in the email to complete the activation of your online account.
- With your online account activated, you can login to view the PDF of your bill, make a credit card payment, see your transaction history, check out your usage information, and more.
Alternatives to mail-in payments
There are 3 pre-authorized payment options
- Send a copy of a void check or a banking information form from your financial institution to service@lakelandpower.on.ca.
- Fill out our pre-authorized payment form online from our website under Customers, Payment Methods.
- Set-up Auto-Pay from your online account on your VISA or MasterCard.
There are 3 one-time credit card payment options
- From your online account under Pay Bills.
- From our website under Customers, Payment Methods, Credit Card/Pay My Bill Now (will require your account and meter number).
- Over the phone by calling Paymentus at 1-866-417-2810.
- Select Lakeland Power Distribution LTD as the Payee.
- Enter 8 digits for your account number, adding zeros in front if required, and removing the hyphen.
- Call your financial institution to make a payment over the phone through their automated system, or by speaking with a banking representative.
