Equal Payment Plan (EPP) offers equal monthly payments all year for easy budgeting. Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP) offers a secure and convenient way to ensure your payment is on time. E-Billing offers email notification as soon as a bill is ready to view. Together they offer no waiting, no paper, no cheques, no postage, no late charges, and no worries.

Once processed, if enrolling in EPP you will be notified of your monthly EPP amount.

Please note Payment Plans cannot be processed on a Line of Credit, personal or business bank accounts only.

HOW IT WORKS

• You continue to receive your monthly Lakeland Power bill. To cancel this payment plan, please call or email our office.

• The total amount due is withdrawn automatically from your bank account on the due date shown.

• Please note: You must continue to pay your monthly Lakeland Power bill until the message ** PAP do not pay ** appears on the bill.

• Lakeland Power reserves the right to remove any customer from PAP if payment is returned from their financial institution and said customer may be required to pay a security deposit in the amount of 2.5 times the highest monthly bill. Outstanding balances will be due and payable immediately.

With the current Canada Post service disruption, Lakeland Power is urging customers to switch to paperless billing and consider alternative payment options to mail-in payments. 

We would like to remind customers it is their responsibility to have payment made by the due date to avoid late fees and service disruptions.
