Payment Methods

Lakeland Power offers several ways for you to pay your bill.

E-Billing

E-Billing offers email notification as soon as a bill is ready to view. Pre-authorized payment offers a secure and convenient way to ensure your payment is on time. Together they offer no waiting, no paper, no cheques, no postage, no late charges, and no worries.

Credit Card

We accept payments using Visa or MasterCard through Paymentus, a third party online bill payment system. Please enter your 8 digit account number, preceded with zeros if your account number is not 8 digits, when making your credit card payment. Click here to pay using your credit card.

You may also pay by credit card over the phone at 1-866-417-2810.

Pre-Authorized Payment

Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP) is the easiest method to ensure your bill is paid on time. The total amount due will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account on the due date shown on your bill. You will continue to receive your bill in the mail. If you register for E-Billing, you will receive an ebill notification email when your bill is ready to view online.

With the current Canada Post service disruption, Lakeland Power is urging customers to switch to paperless billing and consider alternative payment options to mail-in payments.

We would like to remind customers it is their responsibility to have payment made by the due date to avoid late fees and service disruptions.
